Win7 Taskbar grouping issue

OnTopReplica icon, when pinned, is not grouped with icons of running instances.

Was able to reproduce bug on other computer. Will look into it.

Appears to be strangely related to creating a shell hook on the main window. Should be fixable.

Should be fixed thanks to Windows 7 code path simplification (re-enables ALT+TAB unfortunately).
